Kerry Flowers

Kerry Flowers is a healthcare professional with 30+ years of experience whose passion is to help other professionals reach their full potential as people and leaders and by doing so, help healthcare organizations achieve their results.

Flowers has led initiatives regarding leadership, training, organizational development, patient experience, performance management, and employee engagement in several healthcare systems in Alabama. He joined USA Health as Director of Employment in 2020, then became the Chief Culture and Experience Officer in 2024. Currently, he also is serving as the Interim Chief Human Resource Officer.

From 2013-2020, he owned his own consulting firm focusing on executive coaching, leadership development, and employee engagement. Flowers' consulting experience solidified his belief that leaders play a pivotal role when it comes to the culture inside an organization. He says leaders must proactively cultivate it and nurture it, or they allow culture to develop on its own and must reactively address the consequences. Either way, he says leaders will deal with their culture every day.
